Manage your account and page

Settings holds everything about your account and whether your page is visible. Most changes take a moment.

1Step 1
Change your username
In Settings, edit Username. Your old link will stop working, so update your bios and printed QR codes.
2Step 2
Hide or publish your page
Under Page visibility, switch between Published and Hidden. Only you can see your page while it is hidden.

Update your email or password
Change your email, and confirm it from the email we send. Use Change password, or Forgot password on the sign-in page if you are locked out.
4Step 4
Log out of other devices
Under Sessions, choose Log out on all devices if you signed in somewhere you no longer use.

Good to know

Deleting your account permanently deletes your page, links and insights. This cannot be undone.
To ask for a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account.
