Let visitors book a call
Scheduling lets people book time with you straight from your page: a consultation, a coaching session or a quick chat. You set when you are free, and Linkento handles the rest.
- 1Step 1
Add a meeting type
Open Apps, then Scheduling, and tap Add meeting type. Give it a name and length, for example a 30-minute call, and choose where it happens: a video call, a phone call, in person, or details by email.
- 2Step 2
Set your weekly hours
Under Hours, set the times you take meetings on each day. Add a minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and a gap between meetings.
- 3Step 3
Connect Google Calendar
Times you are busy in Google Calendar are never offered to visitors. Linkento sees only when you are busy, not what your events are.
- 4Step 4
Add Book a call to your page
Visitors pick a meeting, a day and a time, then add their details. You both get an email with the details, and the visitor can add it to their own planner.
Good to know
- Your meeting link or address is sent only in the confirmation email, never shown on your page.
- See and cancel meetings in Apps, Scheduling. The visitor is emailed when you cancel.
- Times show in the visitor's own time zone.
Questions
What if two people pick the same time?
Only one can have it. The second person is asked to choose another time.
Can visitors cancel?
Yes. The confirmation email has a link to manage or cancel the meeting.
